Pickfords wanted a digital Government Centre Application that UK government employees could use to manage each stage of their international relocation.

Define: Shaping the requirement

With considerable paperwork involved in the process of moving to another continent, the app would need to provide simple steps to ensuring staff completed each part of the process. It would need to guide users through every step of the process, from official authorisations to customs and insurance. The software would also need to provide comprehensive packing tips and robust international move tracking.

Deliver: The result

The finalised application focused on streamlining each users' experience with an intuitive but always informative user journey, tailored to each individual requirement, ensuring both clarity and compliance at every step of the way.
