How did you come to work here?
I started many years ago as a junior level Analyst on what was then a much smaller Network Monitoring and Backups team. I’ve progressed internally and seen the company grow enormously. Following my passion for infrastructure, virtualisation and storage, I’ve made use of some good training opportunities both internally and also externally to develop my technical skillset and management capabilities.
Describe your typical day at work.
There genuinely is no such thing. Days in my infrastructure-focused role vary from hosting training and coaching sessions for junior team members to internal R&D around new technologies relevant to us.
What makes you happy at work?
Finding creative ways to solve new problems surrounded by a great team of knowledgeable, friendly colleagues. Helping to mentor other members of staff and seeing them develop is enormously rewarding as well.
